You’ve built the career you once dreamed of,
the financial stability you desired,
and the life that reflects success.
Why doesn’t it feel like it?
For first-generation, high-performing professionals, founders, and growth-driven individuals stepping into bigger roles, leadership, and entrepreneurial paths—
But noticing the internal cost: burnout, emotional depletion, and disconnection from pleasure, intimacy, and self.
As your life expands, it’s common for your internal world to lag behind.
Individually, this can look like losing connection to your desires, struggling to feel present, or feeling stuck between who you’ve been and who you’re becoming.
In relationships, it can show up as emotional distance, misalignment, or difficulty sustaining intimacy despite outward success.
The first step is understanding what’s actually driving these patterns.
The PLSRXO Recalibration Assessment identifies how you relate to yourself, your emotions, your relationships, and your capacity for pleasure—so you can move with clarity instead of guessing.
Take the Assessment
You’re accomplished.
As a first-generation, high-performing professional, founder, or growth-driven individual stepping into bigger roles, leadership, or entrepreneurial paths—
You’ve done what no one in your family has done before and built a life that reflects your success.
And still—
You find yourself questioning your readiness,
second-guessing your decisions,
holding everything together while quietly feeling depleted.
You may notice patterns like:
• over-responsibility in relationships
• difficulty expressing needs without overthinking
• feeling unseen or misunderstood in close relationships
• cycles of overfunctioning and emotional depletion
You’re managing the life you built—
but struggling to sustain the capacity for it.
Intimacy feels distant.
Pleasure feels inaccessible.
And no matter how much you achieve…
something still isn’t landing.
You’re not the only one experiencing this.

Meet the Founder
I’m Hannah Townsend
My work is grounded in nearly a decade of experience in the clinical mental health field, with advanced training in Marriage and Family Therapy, systems-based approaches, and intimacy focused work.
I’ve worked within group practice settings such as Atlanta Therapeutic Collective, Ellie Mental Health, and CWC Coaching and Therapy, supporting individuals, couples, and high-performing professionals—including founders and business leaders—through patterns such as emotional disconnection, overfunctioning in relationships, difficulty expressing needs, burnout tied to responsibility and success, and challenges sustaining intimacy and identity as their lives expand..
This background informs the depth of my work through pattern recognition, emotional stabilization, and psychoeducation. I believe that when you understand yourself, you can move through your life with clarity, intention, and self-trust.
In parallel, I bring nearly a decade of experience in the intimacy industry, with over seven years of hands-on work in erotic retail and education, working with brands and spaces such as Tokyo Valentino, Hustler Hollywood, and Starship Enterprises. This work involved guiding individuals and couples in understanding their bodies, desires, and sexual wellness in real, practical ways. I previously served as a brand ambassador for Hustler Hollywood and currently serve as a brand ambassador for Starship Enterprises.
I am also a Certified Erotic Blueprint™ Coach and a Level 1 trainee with the Rapid Coherence Institute, integrating These frameworks to help you access your unique language of pleasure, intimacy, and connection, support emotional regulation, embodied awareness, and deeper access to connection.
In addition to my clinical work, my insights have been featured in publications such as Blavity and 21Ninety, where I’ve contributed to conversations around relationships, communication, emotional disconnection, and navigating life transitions. I have also written on mental health, grief, intimacy, and personal development for Ellie Mental Health.
Alongside my writing, I’ve led educational speaking engagements and workshops on topics such as the Erotic Blueprints, sex and menopause, and intimacy in high-functioning individuals and couples—including events such as Frolicon and ConNooga—and was a guest speaker at Menopour at The Reading Room alongside Dr. Sheila Payton, where I spoke on sexual wellness practices across menopausal stages—translating emotional, relational, and physiological patterns into practical, embodied tools for connection, pleasure, and self-understanding.
PLSRXO (pronounced Pleasure XO) is a proprietary framework I developed to help individuals and couples recalibrate how they relate to themselves, their relationships, and their lives—especially during periods of growth, transition, and increased responsibility.
PLSRXO Stands for:
Power: developing agency, boundaries, and self-leadership so you can make decisions from alignment instead of obligation
Liberation:releasing inherited patterns from family, culture, and society that are no longer aligned, along with the expectations and roles that keep you performing instead of living
Self-Acceptance: fully owning who you are—your desires, needs, and emotional experience—without suppression or self-negotiation
Reclamation: reconnecting with parts of yourself you’ve abandoned in order to succeed, belong, or maintain stability
Expansion: increasing your capacity to hold pleasure, intimacy, success, and emotional depth without burnout or collapse
Orgasmic Living: experiencing life with presence, connection, and embodied aliveness—rather than functioning on autopilot
This process supports individuals and couples in moving from performance-based living into authentic connection—with themselves, their relationships, and their desires.
This work sits at the intersection of psychological insight, experiential and somatic awareness, and relational dynamics. It is designed for first-generation, high-performing professionals, founders, and growth-driven individuals navigating expansion, identity shifts, and stepping into bigger roles, leadership, and entrepreneurial paths—who are beginning to notice patterns such as burnout, emotional depletion, disconnection from intimacy, or difficulty sustaining alignment as their lives evolve.
PLSRXO focuses on identifying and shifting the underlying patterns that shape how you make decisions, express yourself, experience desire, and relate to others. This includes navigating internalized roles, obligation-based dynamics, and the tension between who you’ve been and who you’re becoming.
Rather than only addressing mindset or behavior, this framework supports deeper self-trust, emotional regulation, and the capacity to experience pleasure, connection, and clarity in a way that is sustainable—not performative.
The PLSRXO Method
Work With me
This work bridges psychological depth, experiential and somatic awareness, and erotic intelligence to address what traditional approaches miss:
The unconscious patterns and embodied responses that keep high-achievers disconnected from their own lives.
So transformation doesn’t just stay in your mind, but is fully lived in your body and your life.
